Amandine Tesson

Amandine Tesson founded DaringLaw in 2020 after more than ten years of experience in the corporate departments of Fidal (2009-2017) and Herald (formerly Granrut).

Amandine assists clients such as SMEs, research institutions and investment funds with all their structuring, governance, equity and external growth issues.

She has a proven track record in assisting companies with high technological and growth potential (start-up), particularly in the context of fund-raising, collaborative projects, external growth and management packages.

Amandine Tesson is a lecturer in the Master 2 LEAD (Law, Entrepreneurship & Digital) at the Université Paris-Saclay

She supports the student entrepreneurial association "Start in Saclay", as well as the Paris-Saclay Legal Clinic. She is regularly involved as a mentor in various incubation and acceleration programmes for innovative projects within grandes écoles, business angels networks, research institutions, etc.

Thierry Lévy-Mannheim

<Thierry Lévy-Mannheim is a graduate of HEC (1992) and holds a DEA in Economic and Social Law (Paris IX Dauphine, 1993).

Prior to joining DaringLaw, Thierry worked as a lawyer at the international law firms Moquet Borde & Associés - now Paul Hastings (from 1995 to 1998), Norton Rose (from 1998 to 2000) and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (from 2000 to end of 2002). He then co-founded Didier & Lévy at the end of 2002, which he co-managed until the end of 2021.

Thierry's practice focuses on corporate law, private equity, LBOs and mergers & acquisitions.

He advises clients on corporate law, in particular on equity transactions, and regularly advises French and foreign groups and their holding companies on mergers and acquisitions and restructurings; he also assists investment funds and buyers in private equity transactions.

Finally, he is involved in securities issues (warrants, stock options, convertible bonds, etc.) and in business combinations (joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, etc.)

Karim Bouhali

Karim Bouhali a rejoint DaringLaw en septembre 2023 en qualité de collaborateur.

Il est diplômé d’une double maîtrise (en droit privé général et en droit des affaires) de l’université Paris II Assas (2011-2016), du Master 2 de droit des affaires de l’université Paris Sorbonne Cité (2016-2017) et du CAPA (2022). Durant ses études, Karim Bouhali a été chargé d’enseignement au sein de l’université Paris II Assas (2016-2017) et du Master juriste d’entreprise de l’université Paris Saclay (2018-2020).

Avant de rejoindre le cabinet, Karim Bouhali a travaillé au sein du cabinet T&A Associés (2017), du groupe LafargeHolcim (2018), du groupe EPSA (2019-2020), de la société Devialet (2021) et du cabinet PwC Société d’Avocats (2022).
